We are a small local family owned business based in Sweetwater, Tennessee. Owner, Jadrein Seal had 20+ years' experience in the waste industry before starting Dynamic Waste. Working for 2 very large family-owned garbage companies in that time, he was able to learn what it takes to maintain a successful company. With reliability & professionalism being the most important.

After moving to East Tennessee, he started working for a large corporate company who seemingly lacked the customer's best interest.   Within a few short months, Dynamic Waste Company was formed.
