If major holidays fall on a weekday, we do not run on that day. Service will resume the day after!
Any pickup day that falls on a holiday, and pickup days after, will all be off by one day!
(New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day are at our discretion. Please have garbage out the day of the holiday in case we decide to run those days. See our Facebook page for the most up to date info.
Our billing is delivered to the email you've provided to us. Once setup, our software sends out invoices 14 days prior to the due date. With reminders the day its due and multiple times after due date. Sometimes our invoices go to spam, please check there if you're expecting your bill and haven't received it in your main email!
Billing Cycles are quarterly: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st
Unfortunately, sometimes we have late payments or no payments. Our software sends out invoices 14 days prior to the due date.
After 7 days late, we will discontinue service. Any invoice that goes past 8 days overdue will receive a $15 late fee. After 21 days late, we will unfortunately have to pick up the cart at which point we may decide to cancel the account. If we pick the cart up and then the invoice is paid, there will be a reinstatement fee of $25.
Carts are provided with our service. They are property of Dynamic Waste. If you move (and take cart with you), are nonpaying (and we can't recover) etc., you will be issued a bill for the full price of the cart.
We provide a pickup day, not necessarily a time. Please have garbage out the night before or by 5AM to prevent missed pickups. As our routes grow, they change. Or sometimes there are things outside our control that will influence time. See our guideline page for more information.
